Bookings

A booking is confirmed when Chale Trip confirms the vehicle, date, time and fare with you. Please check the details in the confirmation message.

Fares

Fares are quoted per trip and depend on the vehicle, distance, trip type, dates and stops. Your quote states what is included and what is charged separately, such as tolls, parking, interstate permits, driver allowance and waiting time. [Confirm your standard inclusions.]

Changes during the trip

Extra stops, distance, hours or days requested during the trip may change the fare. Changes are agreed with you before they apply.

Payment

Passenger responsibilities
